Bought a car in 2015 being told a recall that specific type of vehicle was conducted, turns out years later when problems regarding the recall show up talking to not only the same dealership (this one) and GM representatives that it never actually got conducted. Which means that they lied in their system to say they performed work to sell the car as quickly as possible which is 100% illegal. Now Hall Chevrolet and GM refuse to admit that they lied about this information and since (just recently, a week ago) it showed in their system as being conducted I'm now being told that I have to pay for everything. Which again is all fraudulent business practice. I thought these people were trustworthy, however I have been proven wrong and being reminded of how blind and greedy businesses and corporations are. And I STRONGLY advise anyone before purchasing ANY vehicle from this dealership or regardless of what brand or type to do a thorough investigation on stuff like this, especially if it has to do with recalls or work conducted by Dealerships. With new information about Apple intentionally slowing down phones, it would and should not surprise anyone to think that dealerships do poor work on vehicles to ensure their lifespan is as short as possible but long enough to where they can claim it was not of their doing. Everyone, please read this before thinking positively about dealerships and their "honesty".
