Uniform drip cake for my daughters 5th birthday or...

Uniform drip cake for my daughters 5th birthday ordered. First of all it was not a drip cake but a cake with some drops on the side. Secondly, there was way too much buttercream on and in, everyone threw away more than half and lastly there was 3 years on the cake instead of 5 years !! To h very unfortunate all, but good how my complaint has been handled now !!
