Glad Beijing has a new airport. American Airlines staff at check in counter handled customers terribly when we missed our flight because of delays on the other end. Staff member told us there were no flights open for the next 3 days, yet the next day, talking to the much more respectful staff member in the actual office room of American, they offered us a seat on a flight that took off the same day. Unfortunate that we missed our flight, but we were only of about 5 the missed the American flight. That left fewer excuses for the check in counter staff to mishandle the situation. Seriously doubting those check in guys are actual trained American Airlines workers. If you ever have the chance to transfer away from Beijing Capital, do so, or try to avoid delay prone airlines.
