I dealt with Lotus Loans and Mortgages recently to arrange my mortgage, even though I couldn't makeup my mind on the property that I want to purchase as I kept changing my mind from one property to another property. Ron had guided me through with each and every step very calmly. All my concerns were responded in timely manners. I must say Ron have so much patients to deal with Customers. I will definitely recommend Lotus Loans and Mortgages to everyone and for sure will come back to you within couple of years. Ron, Amit and the staff are very professional and well educated. After dealing with them I conclude that for their team, Clients satisfaction is most important than making money . I have no words to explain how thankful I am to the team at Lotus Loans and Mortgages and especially to Ron for all the hard work he has done to assist me from pre-approval to the closing.
