There's no way to stop auto-renewal on the custome...

There's no way to stop auto-renewal on the customer portal like you're able to with most insurers, which is really annoying. I don't want to have to be forced to contact anyone, and would be more likely to renew anyway if I had this choice presented to me. Not having it simply leaves a bad taste and really hate the idea of a company being able to dip in and out of my bank account whenever they feel like it.
