Review of Ramada Plaza Hotel Grand Rapid...

Ok let me start off by saying the hotel was nice, ...

Ok let me start off by saying the hotel was nice, very clean, .....but I feel like if you go online looking for a nice hotel and you see pictures of the pool with slide and hot tub and u book it thats what you should get ....nope hot tub out of order ,pool slide not on ,no free breakfast every thing was expensive ,bar was suppose to close at 8p.m (still to early) but never did open, refrigerator did not get cold,no microwave in the room... so we went down to the in lobby store and got 2 milks ..lol 1 of the milks had been opened and someone drank half and the other one was expired by 2 weeks i swear this is the truth I don't know how this hotel could look so good and still not have the things that" lower quality " hotels have!! When we booked this place we paid for the things they advertised and didn't get it..but no one offered any discounts idk..sometimes you can't believe the pretty pictures on the websites
