Tom from Espace was more than helpful in finding us our first owned Villa in Springs Dubai. He was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great Villa that fit our requirement unlike other real estate agency representatives who were all bothered about us getting a pre-approval before they could even show us quality homes. He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. Tom explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer to working with the mortgage partner which made it really easy for us to move into our new home in less than 3 months (considering it was a mortgaged property and we were also taking up a mortgage). I would very highly recommend Tom from Espace Real Estate to anyone is looking at buying properties in Dubai. It was indeed a pleasant experience dealing with Tom. I wish him all the best !
