Maybe this will get your attention Real Green... If I could give 0 stars I would! We have been long term (over 10 years) customers as we own a small lawn care company. The software we have been using and loving (LA3) is no longer being supported. We have been FORCED into a cloud based system that is TERRIBLE at best. We've had nothing but issues since switching. Every other day I'm getting emails saying they are aware of people having issues and they're "working on it". It takes forever for anyone to return your call and they don't even call the number given to them. There's no customer service. Yesterday I put in a call because of my frustration. I left my cell phone so there would be no chance of missing their return call. I got a message in my voicemail at our other business number saying I could call back or email them. The only thing this company is interested in is sending their employees to "conferences" with no one left to help customers. We will be looking for other software options. Wake up Joe Cusick, your company has turned into a joke! BTW, this is Carol Smith with Smith's Lawn Services.
