I love the concept of wave. But their support options are awful They have online chat and and email. I can never able get my connections issues resolved. My accounts transactions worked perfectly beginning and then they lost the connection to my bank. Now I cant get some account reconnected and tracking properly. I have offered to pay for support but they do not offer a Love support option unless you need accounting help which does not resolve my connectivity issue.
