When coming into the YMCA In Lompoc I was very much pleased with the helpfulness, kindness, and attention I got from Diana Garcia. She really helped me feel comfortable with coming into work out. I was interested in classes and she was really proactive on giving me the information I needed. She encouraged me to try body pump for a good full body workout I m really excited to attend in the near future. Thank you so much for all your help!
