Went on family vacation. Purchased tickets online....

Went on family vacation. Purchased tickets online. Arrived at park 20 mins later park was closing due to weather.
We had additional family join the vacation. Asked if we could get same discount rate for new members on next day trip. Was told yes.
Travelled over 90 mins with family additions to find out we could not get discounted rate. Only offered to pay full price for tickets.
Customer service was not accommodating at all. Have additional tickets to Seaworld for next day. Sold them to another family staying in the area. Will not visit any Seaworld parks ever again.
