This was the worst experience I have ever had at an hotel. First off my company has training here all week and we literally just spent $1000s of dollars for rooms and conference space but they wouldn't let us have the Wi-Fi password without paying for it. I walk in to my room and find crumbs on the floor and I let that go as it's no big deal. I get into bed after a long day of work training and notice my comforter is a little dirty so I switch it around so the dirty part is at my feet. No big deal as I'm exhausted and just don't care that much at the moment. Use the restroom to find the toilet paper holder is broken with no toilet paper. Call maintenance they come fix it, No big deal. Go to sleep wake up the next day and go to work come back to a nicely made up room. Aww all is well. Wednesday rolls around and come back after a long day to find the bed is not made, crumbs that aren't even mine still all over the floor, towels not even folded just thrown on the sink (so I know soneone was in my room) shampoo and conditioner had not been replaced, only half the trash was taken out. I called house keeping manager she says she's had this problem all week. Today is now Thursday and A STRANGER JUST WALKED IN MY ROOM!!!!! I wasnt going to make a bad review but that was my final straw. Never again will I stay here, and I suggest you don't either. Horrible!
