Pros: Good hotel for families. Almost all vacationers are from 30 to 45 years old with children. There is entertainment for children. Children's room. 2 children's pools. Children's water slides. Friendly staff. Near the hotel shopping center with free parking. Food is almost everything. The hotel is located not far from water parks and shopping centers. There are also good beaches a couple of kilometers away. Be sure to take the car at the box office, without it Tenerife will be boring.
Cons: Far to the sea (no car or how). The hotel itself looks a bit tired (photos on the site and the real ones are different)
Fruits poorly. (they were at Gran Canaria - they were given mangoes, cherries, etc) The pizza is always the same and not tasty, dry. And for the rest without any complaints - the hotel is a good 4 stars.
The hotel was scolded through their official website. This is the cheapest way. For this, we received a bonus from the hotel - tickets to the Aquapark for the whole family.
Hotel clients are mostly English speaking. Less Spaniards and Germans. Russian only 2 families were.
