Very fast shipping and excellent customer service!! I had two different issues with a pen in which I had to send it back twice right after it arrived, and eventually picked a new one all together. Through all of this I remained calm and at ease because I knew I was being taken care of. Email response right away, talked to a few different people over the phone who were very kind and willing to help. I appreciate this!! I'll definitely order more pens and products!!! Thank you.
