The employees forget to be kind and are focused on being "rude,mask police". I bent over to pick up my 1 year old and my mask barely slipped beneath my nose in the process and and employee came up immediately and said she would ask me to leave if I didn't pull my mask up. I had been in there for an hour wearing my mask the entire time...so she could have given me 2 seconds to pick up my toddler and readjust my mask. They were very rude. I doubt we will ever go back. Maybe find another one with kinder employees who have common sense. They made our experience terrible. My husband called and talked to the director and she said she will instruct all the employees on how to treat others. All they seemed to be doing was enjoying "power". Bad atmosphere.
