I had a rep take my plans for quoting which would be 2-3 weeks. On the fourth week I rang and was told that they were number three on the pile. That rep then left the company. The new rep which I then rang told me after another week that they were on top of the pile.
Two weeks further went by and I hadn't heard from them, so I rang again. This time I was told that they were to busy to quote them.
ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL!
The Manager said he would look into and guess what. Nothing he could do!
