worked with sharma surgical for 15 days, asked for offer letter --> fired me, even tortured me mentally (i.e. mental harassment).When i said them that offer letter is my right and i should get it they denied and said that you misbehave with HR and said that don't come from tommorow. called them several times for salary, said would be giving in next week. Today on 23/05/17 called HR for nearly 30+times tried different numbers of company for several times but they didnot even received. willing to take the matters to labour office.
