The absolute worst outdated security system invent...

The absolute worst outdated security system invented. They are slow to respond and nothing is urgent with them. I had to email them multiple times to get something simple resolved it's like the staff is overworked and underpaid and unfortunately passing their frustration on to the customer. They need some internal revisions. What's the purpose of having a system like this if they don't get back to you in a timely matter. People lives hang in the balance and they really don't seem to care.
