I haven't ordered that many times from RockAuto and this is the second order with a problem. This time instead of 3 boxes of H9407 (the correct Carlson bleeder screws), I received 2 boxes of H9407 and 1 box of H1457.
My first order problem was receiving some obviously used lug nuts. I needed them for a job that weekend, so replacements from RockAuto forced me to pay for overnight shipping.....even though the error was RockAuto's. I would have more trust in RockAuto right now if you would have paid for the mistake.
This time, thankfully, I don't have an urgent need for these bleeder screws, so waiting replacements is not a problem.
You obviously have some significant warehouse/order picking issues. I hope you find some resolution so I can trust placing orders with you at some point in the future, but for now I will likely continue ordering only non-critical items from RockAuto.
