My family and I have been going to US Outdoor Store for over 20 years. In those years we ve bought everything from them: pairs of skis, snowboards, bindings, boots, jacket, base layers, at. al. I ll never go back again, my last experience with new staff members was horrible. There is a reason why people go to local ski shops, service. I can buy anything online or at big box store, with the expectation of little to no customer service. But we paid a premium to shop at US Outdoor because of what they offered. Parking down town, tripping over drug addicts on the sidewalk, all to have a self-important sales person treat customers like a nuisance, isn t worth it.
