Villa Pignatelli is located in the Riviera di Chiaia, a few steps from the Villa Comunale and the Caracciolo promenade in Naples, it is one of the most famous house museums in Italy.
The Pignatelli were nobles very refined in their tastes and manners, the villa became a cultural place between intellectuals and high Neapolitan and European aristocracy. Today the villa is well cared for and well organized, the objects are still in their original location. Inside there is an extraordinary Carriage Museum inaugurated in 1975. For some years now Villa Pignatelli has also been "home of photography" hosting numerous international exhibitions in the rooms on the first floor.
Absolutely must be seen !!!!
