This is a decent property management company. I've been with them for about 3 years now and have had minimal issues. I've had good experiences with our property manager as well as our new maintenance manager. Sometimes it is hard to get a hold of maintenance if you have an off hours emergency. There was one incident where we had a lot of bees getting into our apartment and it took them a few days to send someone out to check on it. Luckily, it was not a colony of bees otherwise 3 days would have been unacceptable. This is my 2nd apartment with them and my only big complaint is that I wish they did a better job cleaning /painting before we moved in. The painting is sloppy..there was paint on the floor and streaks on the walls.

I wanted to add: Oren has been super helpful when he first showed me apartments 3 years ago, and this year when we were wanting to move into a different unit in our building. Really friendly and easy to get in touch with.
