Great customer service. Ron was my advisor and he was very helpful and nice. Answered all of my questions thoroughly. Service was great. I purchased my vehicle through Scott Clark (horrible experience) but take my car to East charlotte to get serviced every time because the staff is great and very knowledgeable!
