Walked in the door to file a claim and waited patiently at the front desk for 15 minutes. The lady wworks there walked up and told me that no one would speak to me without an appointment, but I could file myself on their computer. While I was trying to figure out to file on my own they jumped through hoops helping everyone else that came in. Apparently you have to be a foreigner who only speaks spanish to recieve help. Meanwhile they plaster veteran preference on every brochure in the office while your getring snubbed and treated like a second class piece of trash.
