I don't usually post reviews but as a satisfied client, I wanted to share my experience and put in a plug for Reeder Companies LLC. I've used Reeder multiple times over the last 6 years both to purchase homes and to manage them. Nathan and Warren Reeder have been great buyers agents for my purchases - they actively identify opportunities and highlight issues that could come up. This has helped me avoid a lot of pitfalls as many of the "great investments" have very serious issues, deferred maintenance, or code violations with the city of Hammond.

I also use Reeder Companies to manage all my rental properties in NW Indiana. I have dealt with a total of 5 management companies in the past and Reeder is hands down the best out of all of them. Renting real estate is a challenging business because you're providing people with a home and when you put a roof over someone's head, you have an obligation to make sure it doesn't leak! Most of the other landlords, investors, and management companies I connect with choose not to repair things because one replacement roof or HVAC will put the investment in the red for a couple years. However that isn't the way to do business and it usually makes the problems worse. Warren and James at Reeder are very proactive when it comes to repairs and always look for ways to fix things as quick as possible and within budget. This has helped me keep tenants happy and in place for years. Judy is also great with getting me my reports on time and answering questions.

I am very happy with the service I've received from Reeder Companies and plan to be a client for years to come.
