Worst customer service. If you suspect fraud like how I got an email notifying me of someone trying to login to my account that wasn't me. You can't call and do anything if it's outside business hours. You have to wait until they open to report it. In the meantime you can't get access to freeze your account or stop your cards so your money can be stolen just because you have to wait for them to open. Not to mention they cancel cards without telling you they are cancelled or why. They also tell you your card is activated but when you go to use your new card it doesn't work so you have to go back to the bank and tell them to actually activate it this time. Ridiculous place and getting out as soon as possible.
