So far my experience has been horrible with the Service Department. I took my Escape (which I bought there) and I had been waiting on a part for over a month and calling for updates since nobody cares to call back ( the part was supposed to be in by Jun 1st and then Jun 20th no courtesy call for an updates) I have no other vehicle and the rental is costing me a fortune. I just want my car fix as quick as possible.
