I already knew what I wanted when I arrived. I was greeted by a friendly young lady at the info desk and introduced to Greg my salesman who is a great guy with a nice sence of humor. After a quick test drive in a used F150 and a little paper work we were done. Only delay I had was from my personal bank which I used to finance. watch out for the coffee mug lol. And they have complimentary refreshments while you wait. I would recommend Charleston Nissan to anyone
