The service provided by this company was average at best. While they were professional and punctual, I found the overall communication lacking. The team seemed to be more focused on their own agenda rather than understanding and addressing my specific needs. Additionally, the quality of the work delivered did not meet my expectations. I was hoping for more personalized attention and a greater willingness to go the extra mile, but unfortunately, that was not the case. Although they did complete the project within the agreed timeframe, the end result left much to be desired. I believe there is definite room for improvement in terms of customer-centricity and the overall standard of the service offered.
