They listen in on you. This is, for all intents and purposes, a good hotel. They provide excellent service and are in a great location but may be spying on you. We off handedly expressed our small dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the bathroom to each other, but did not report it to the hotel staff as it was not significant. However, a member of the hotel staff entered our room the next night unannounced, and said he was there to address our concerns about the bathroom-that we had never reported.
