Tried to enjoy a meal before a movie , figured I d go here as the tapas wouldn t take long to eat and make the movie in time . I waited for 45 min for a short rib pasta plate and salad. Not a big it s the pandemic probably short staffed cause of the pandemic. Food finally came I was late to the movie but whatever it s fine things happen . I check my bank the next day and I was charged twice ok let s wait till the weekend is over maybe one will drop off . Monday no drop off call the restaurant like to the manager he asked me to wait till Wednesday and it should drop off if it doesn t call back . Wednesday comes charge changed from pending to charged I call speak to Jim he assures me he will refund it within 20 minutes I explain that from my experience that s not that case it take a few business days and I m not sure what the manager on Monday didn t process it but ok i wait till the next day no refund.
I drive to the restaurant and speak to the operations manager she tells me she was informed yesterday and the GM Jim should not have told me I would be refunded and it show right away . The poor management here is the reason for the review the drink I had was actually very good the wait on the food no problem it was delicious. Management communication very poor setting expectations that are unrealistic 1st and last time eating at a Doherty enterprise owned restaurant.
