Call the parts department for a replacement fuse for my Chevy Malibu. The cigarette lighter adapter didn't work. I ask the guy in the parts department which fuse did I need and where is the location as I was ready to go up there and spend .50 cent on a fuse than spend $6 for a bunch of random fuses for the part store. The guy in the parts department couldn't tell me what fuse I needed or the location unbelievable and proceeded to place me on hold for 10 minutes. As I hung up and call George Matick Chevrolet they answered my question is 3 mins after asking me for the last 8 of my Vin number! Call George Matick Chevrolet if you need help. I'm going to make sure our fleet vehicles get service somewhere else!
