I recently brought my 2009 Tacoma to Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree for service. I've been a customer of theirs for a long time. That in itself tells you how I rate this dealership. I'd like to thank Service Manager Ken Rodriques for taking time out of his busy schedule to listen to my concerns and assure me as always my truck would be in good hands at Toyota of Braintree. I like to thank Service Advisor Kendol Huggins for setting me up with a service appointment as quickly as they did and at my convience. Throughout the day my truck was being serviced Mr Huggins kept me posted on it's progress. My truck was correctly repaired and ready for pick up on time as promised. The Toyota Corporation should take a look at what Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree is doing right and make it a model for all it's dealerships.
