I've been a huge fan of the LA location for a while now. I'm about two hours drive from them but obviously I'm in the area often enough with shows and such. Around 2006/7/or 8 I saw a live show there, after that I was hooked. It was a very popular band doing a very small show & I had wonderful experience. I loved Amoeba's after that. They really do cater to a music-oriented crowd. Since then it's been a long awaited revisit for me, so I decided to buy a logo-tshirt from their online store. With my luck I ended up buying the wrong color shirt. Realizing my error I emailed the customer service provided on the website & notified them of my error & my intentions. Within an hour or two they had emailed back adjusting my order & here I am today boasting on my personal media's of my kick ass t-shirt. Customer service is an A++ !! Let's face it, we don't get that kinda easy-fix, low-maintenance kind of treatment when dealing with Amazon. Trust me on that!
