Overall a great hotel as far as the location, environment and quality of bed. The only disappointment was, for some reason, the hotel currently doesn't accommodate guests who wish to use the two big screen TVs in the suits to watch movies or use their own Netflix to stream online. There is no movie-on-demand option period. The WiFi in our room wasn't good enough to let us stream HD Netflix, and when we called their IT support, they seem to have never thought of having a guests with Macbook so they didn't have any TV adapter to provide.
Had I not wished to watch movie, I would have rated the hotel 4.
