Sherpa is STILL the best staffing agency in Charlotte. **I want to edit my review to express that it has been a full year and a half since being placed by them and I am just as happy with their services. I am still working closely with staffing managers but my recent experiences with Carney Papo, Office Manager, has been so very pleasant. Dealing with someone with her amount of patience, professionalism and eagerness to assist (despite the demands of her role) will give you true confidence in this agency.**

I have used others in the past but none of them compare to the promptness and communication you will find at Sherpa. My staffing managers have gone above and beyond to follow up with me regularly to see if I still like the position and or if I need help with anything. They even on occasion will trust me with recommendations for other open positions.

I would suggest giving them a try. You will not regret it. I have worked closely with Caroline Bendin and Christina Scholl. Both are amazing and empowering professional women in their field.
