My wife used Bauer Media's "Magshop" service to make a one off gift subscription. She then tried to cancel the subscription numerous times and eventually (after six weeks) called to be told she needed to wait until her profile was set up. I.E, the operator was "unable" to cancel the sub. When the profile was finally set up, it indicated that she had zero subscriptions in place. One month later we were charged again. Currently attempting to extract our money from them. Not sure how most consumers would view it but I consider this theft.
