I was thoroughly confused by the parking signs that had multiple things written on and over them in multiple colours, formatting and fonts failing to display a clear message. But apparently you have a "private parking lot" which means you're allowed to boot my car?? Your unclear signage with different wording on each of your signs doesn't help people who are unfamiliar with the situation. The response by your staff member was to "pay the fine". This is not customer service. Also your contractor, the booting company, was rude, incorrect and illegal in their dealings with me. I had a negative experience because of it.
