Has the unfortunate circumstance of having a motorcycle accident which meant I couldn t walk for weeks, broken arms etc and a written off bike. 4th-dimension took hold of my bike, got me to send over all the V5 paperwork for them to buy the bike from me, confirmed they have it and it s no long net mine and 3 weeks later I m still waiting for my bulk payment and have only received the salvage payment which is a quarter of it because they received the payment from somewhere else to give to me under a their name so they couldn t give me MY money.
I have since been chasing both parties over and over and have had no update on how they have contacted about the money or what plans are in effect, I got further being on hold with the other party for over an hour than 4th dimension seem to have in 3 weeks.
This is money to help my physio and recovery for walking again that they are messing with and I don t even know what is going on.
