I live at Whispering hills in dunedin, fl. An apartment complex owned by dominion realty inc. I've just started my second lease and the laundry list of complaints I have for Whispering hills themselves along with dominion realty and the quality standard they have for their property and the units scares me to no end! I've called the office numerous times, knowing two people are in the building, just to be forwarded to the voice mail and let's say you leave a voice mail nobody will return the call. I've brought up numerous maintenance issues to have no work order wrote up. The only reason I have stayed is because of the price and location but I feel like because the rent is cheap you are expected to be happy with an apartment full of issues. Safe or unsafe. DO NOT RENT AT WHISPERING HILLS APARTMENTS!
