We wasted time twice. First time it turned out the requested car has a flat tyre, and they have no spare tyre to replace it (sounds almost as a joke at Authorised Dealer). The next day, our EU (yet non-Dutch) driving licence is not accepted by the staff, which is not even trying to find a workaround. Competition e.g BMW and Volvo have no problems with EU licences, Audi does. Sales man seemed surprised we do not want to continue our tour with him, as if we were buying shoes not a car (just imagine buying a car without a chance to ever test drive it with Audi due to licence). Hilarious moments and big disappointment.
