Stayed here over the weekend and was stuck on the 7th floor for 45 min trying to cheek out. Due to broken elevators. Called for help to the front desk they sent someone up to tell me I would just have to wait and they wasn't even nice about it. Staff at the front desk was rude when I checked in. And failed to mention they charge for parking.
