This is to acknowledge the service, attention to detail and follow up I received from Denise Baiardi, it was second to none!!! I contacted Denise a week ago concerning potentially leasing a MKZ. I explained the vehicle I was interested in with the specific options, including interior and exterior color, and Denise located the vehicle that met my criteria, in a dealership somewhere in Indiana. She jumped through several hoops in order to secure the vehicle including sending a driver to pick it up so I would have it prior leaving town on a business trip.

I am probably a demanding customer and very particular in my expectations of customer service (Some may call it something else less flattering). Denise was a calming influence and kept a professional and conciliatory demeanor. I will recommend Varsity Lincoln AND Ford to my sphere of influence and encourage them to work with Denise. Mike, in this day and age of impersonal interaction in a world seemingly void of customer service, it s refreshing to work with a professional like Denise! You re lucky to have her on your team.
