Our waiter Bryan was so incredible that I would give 6 stars if I could. He was extremely knowledgeable about the restaurant, it's history and it's food. He talked us through the food and drinks and we decided on the goat cheese crustini, the insalata, cacio de pepe and the short rib pasta. EVERYTHING WAS INCREDIBLE. We were moaning with each bite and almost all of our conversation was about how incredible the food was.
