I went here to celebrate my 25th Birthday, I had friends come from out of town to celebrate with me, but I was so disappointed they didn't have anywhere to sleep there were blood stains on the pull out bed in suit 801!! It looked like bedbug stains. I notified the receptionist at the front desk, they said someone would come see it, they didn't even offer to bring up an extra bed or sheets... when I complained during check out, they only offered to take $50 off the bill, but $50 doesn't compensate for sleepless/uncomfortable night on the couch. AND I Asked for a microwave prior to my arrival, a second time when I checked in, and they didn't bring it up until u waa cleaning up to check out... for this hotel to be so expensive, ($406/night) the service was not that great... from now on I'll have my girls nights at the Hilton on Penns landing... better service, continental breakfast, fun nearby activities, PLUS I'm garunteed to get restful sleep...
