Told them repeatedly the work I wanted done, which was to install a new part since the old one was broken. get the bike back and they fix the old part and hand me back the new part. Why would I buy a new part that I want installed and you fix the old part??? Makes no sense. Then when I get my bike back, it miraculously has a new non related issue.. I went from the trail to the shop with my bike and I know for a fact this issue wasn t there before I brought my bike in. Stay far away from their service department.
