I was considered less experienced than would've be...

I was considered less experienced than would've been preferable for the role I was hired for, but the company gave me a chance anyway. My lead took the time to train me (and still does), as well as give me constructive feedback versus blatant criticism when an appropriate situation arises. I enjoy the Indus atmosphere, which is filled with a familial vibe. As it is, the company is employee-owned, full of veterans such as myself, as well as our President, Eric McGregor. Our company is always chasing opportunities, and as such, is rapidly growing both in California and other parts of the world.

I've never felt more at-home than I do with this company, and I'd like to give a special shout-out of appreciation to Richard H., and ESPECIALLY my lead Katie L., both of whom interviewed me and jointly decided to give me a wonderful chance.
