I had to spend time in ER and ICU. The nurses are cool. They had to deal with all sorts of patient issues in ER but remained calm and friendly. The care and professionalism in the ICU reminded me of a five star hotel. In ER and ICU I felt safe. I'm very grateful for the people who put themselves out there to care for me despite the dangers and tough work.
