Their billing is the worst! Get anything they say ...

Their billing is the worst! Get anything they say in writing. I called twice to give them my workmans comp info and now I have a collection agency hounding me and the billing department won't do anything because they no longer "service the account."
Idiots could have been paid months ago if they just would have processed the wrokmans comp claim.
