Have been waiting for a response for over a month ...

Have been waiting for a response for over a month now. The section of road that is heavily damaged and a danger to my fellow motorcyclists still hasn't even been looked at.
I almost crashed due to a narrow but deep pothole right in a corner, I was very lucky there wasn't any incoming traffic or else I would have made a head on collision...
Very little reply, even less action.
Is this the government I pay for every month??
